Tarryn! What an amazing coach in all things fitness…and she’s super sweet too! My husband and I met her on Instagram when we were looking for a way to post weight, find more balance in a healthy way of eating, and overall get bacon into better shape. At the time she was starting a “Disney Weight Loss Challenge” which involved competing with a group of strangers to not only lose weight, but also inches, and tone up- and all in exchange for some fun Disney goodies if we were the winners. What’s not to love? We contacted Tarryn and she was so quick to respond, and helped us create a game plan for weight loss over 30 short days. She customized an eating plan for EACH day of EACH week as well as a work out plan for the week. Over the course of 30 days it was tough, but necessary, and she was always there to coach us on how to create even better habits for the challenge that we take into our lives still today. We loved her style so much that we continued another 30 days! It’s been several years since we met Tarryn, and yet we are still in contact, and we consider her our “go-to” for fitness and good advice. Thank you Tarryn for being such a star. You’re the best!
