Tarryn! What an amazing coach in all things fitness…and she’s super sweet too! My husband and I met her on Instagram when we were looking for a way to post weight, find more balance in a healthy way of eating, and overall get bacon into better shape. At the time she was starting a “Disney Weight Loss Challenge” which involved competing with a group of strangers to not only lose weight, but also inches, and tone up- and all in exchange for some fun Disney goodies if we were the winners. What’s not to love? We contacted Tarryn and she was so quick to respond, and helped us create a game plan for weight loss over 30 short days. She customized an eating plan for EACH day of EACH week as well as a work out plan for the week. Over the course of 30 days it was tough, but necessary, and she was always there to coach us on how to create even better habits for the challenge that we take into our lives still today. We loved her style so much that we continued another 30 days! It’s been several years since we met Tarryn, and yet we are still in contact, and we consider her our “go-to” for fitness and good advice. Thank you Tarryn for being such a star. You’re the best! This lady is the expert in fitness training, and walks the walk and talks the talk. 10/10, highly highly recommend. :)

Tarryn is awesome !!!! She custom designed nutritional diets , tailor made for my body .they were 100% natural , and they worked very very quickly , as i followed her instructions to a tee. Yes, we do. Apart from our regular personal training and nutritional coaching services, we also offer a unique eating disorder coaching program. This program is designed to help individuals recover from eating disorders, using a compassionate and understanding approach. We also offer corporate training, corporate gym consulting, and group events such as eating disorder recovery Q&A/nutrition and exercise Q&A for schools. We believe in making fitness accessible and beneficial for everyone, regardless of their age or fitness level.

Scheduling a personal training session with us is easy and convenient. You can call us, send an email, or fill out a form on our website to set up an appointment. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your busy lifestyle. We are open Monday to Friday from 5 am to 8 pm, and on weekends from 9 am to 12 pm. We are also open on all holidays except Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter.
